A Session With Herschel Lazaroff
Here are two in-depth personal descriptions of sessions with Herschel:
I felt transmission of deeply powerful and healing energies during various parts of the session. A great heat came upon my hands during one part of the session and I felt a collapse of energies around my right kidney/abdomen area which then drained away. My emotional release included a letting go of heaviness, a deep sorrow, in my heart while many tears fell.
During part of the session, I was aware of specific Hebrew letters transforming my body and being at the cellular level. I felt the fire from the letters and could hear a humming or buzzing. When specific Angels were invoked, it was exquisite to feel my heart and Soul expand and to be aware of, however remotely due to my limited human ability to experience and understand, a profound healing that followed their dazzling energy and healing Light. “When he walked in, I saw a gentleman in his late 50’s with a white beard and a cheerful smile. After we had sat down and talked for a while, I specifically asked if he would mentor me, as I was interested in learning his type of skill. To my disappointment, he instead suggested that I do a session with him and emphasized the necessity of doing mitzvahs. He explained that doing mitzvahs was like flipping energy switches that connect the human with the Divine. So let me explain how Herschel does what he does. There is a principal called Energy Resonant Transference which is employed in his practice. What it means is that each of us puts out a specific energy which relates to our soul, personality, and current state of life and emotion. What makes Herschel special is that not only is he capable of tuning into the transfer of our own personal energies, but he is able to pinpoint where there may be flow interruptions and remove the blockages. In a first session with Herschel, you can expect a further explanation of how the human soul is connected with Hashem and what nourishes it. Following that, he gives you a few printouts explaining his meditation for you – which you go over together. This all leads to the next part of the session when he induces you to different state of consciousness. In this state of consciousness, your brain is producing High Alpha brain waves and that is important because High-Alpha state is the state that best promotes heightened well-being. While all this is happening, he talks to you and starts asking about certain areas of your life, typically areas in which you are having trouble – and yet, there is no reason for him to know these things. What that means is he is tuned in, and so you resume with the meditation. Within the meditation, he works on you and starts removing the blockages. It’s like this: On the level of our Neshama, we are all radio transmitters beaming out frequencies. Herschel has a keen sense of being the radio receiver, and he can dial in. Not only can he dial in to receive our signals, but he can transmit back to us in such a way as to modulate our own signals. This, of course, is to our benefit, and these benefits are palpable.
Herschel does an amazing thing. If you see him once, you may experience an immediate and palpable difference in your life, but your continued success is dependant upon your personal discipline. Metaphorically speaking: if a person had back problems because for years he had carried a 35 pound backpack around using only one shoulder strap, Herschel would be the chiropractor who could straighten him out. Yet, it is imperative that the person find a better way to carry his stuff – or let go of it altogether – otherwise he would be back where he started. He is not for those who want a quick fix and don’t want to change anything about their personal lives. While those who see him often have immediate results from his spiritual “push-off,” they have to keep pedaling themselves to maintain their momentum, and of course, Herschel will advise in that capacity during your session. “At the beginning when I started with Herschel for my food addiction, after the several first few sessions I found myself having subtle shifts with the food. I found myself skipping a meal here and there not due to attempting calorie restriction but due to a strange awareness that for some reason at that moment I am not hungry. And you’re talking about someone who has never skipped a meal, ever. B”H The following occurred yesterday, Sunday over ~ 30 minutes.
“We met at a Shabbos day farbrengen and Hershel and I connected a bit. Upon first impressions rabbi Herschel’s voice is calm and playful and he stated he wants to continue the conversation on Sunday, after Shabbos. But people say lots of things.
Sunday Happy Hershel reached out, asked to meet to get an idea of his method. I didn’t know what to expect the session was going to involve, if it was just going to be Happy Hershel requesting my help with advertising etc. or explaining to me his vision and giving me a brief intellectual overview of how he helps people. I definitely wasn’t expecting to grow in such an intense and energetic way, though more than prepared – my perspective in life is a participant. I am here to constantly grow, heal, actualize, transcend, whether in the midst of ease or discomfort; I was curious then, and now overjoyed by his interest in bringing me close and what an experience that just over half an hour was.
Happy Hershel’s vocabulary around his system and the obvious ease and familiarity he has with all of the quick interventions was apparent. Despite being a seasoned therapist, I have many conflicting parts to me (as does everyone) and it was difficult, as a traumatized skeptic, to experience happy Herschel’s care and closeness so quickly. My defenses were high and fast and I struggled to let them down despite the obvious support Happy Hershel was offering. (What was the catch? is this for real? Is it kosher?) Though, in hindsight, I see it was meant to be; goodness reigned, and sensing with a more inner space of my heart that “I can do this and I won’t get swindled or hurt. I’m in a safe space” (after all it was in my own home office where we were sitting (!)). I projected this is going to be in my best interest and so I tried to quickly adjust to access faith and silently desire to reveal my soul. We didn’t have much time, but soul it was. I was able to watch my judgments in my mind’s eye come and go and managed to allow them space without blocking the connection. The trust developed quickly and the thoughts of contention continued to lower. Throughout though, Hershel continued to give and the energy of the session became more enjoyable, more palpable- in my legs my arms, my chest, I felt the energy of Happy Hershel’s presence. I communicated this and happy Herschel pointed out my sensitivity which I was glad to finally see acknowledged in our world of blind men; Hershel was a brother in arms.
At unexpected times Happy Hershel commented on the inner work I was doing sensing and referencing his own physical sensations that corresponded to my release of energy. Hershel was undoubtedly connected to the energy in the room showing open ruach hakodesh throughout the session with small comments of acknowledgement when I would release, overcoming one internal barrier after another. Though it seemed to me that the comments sometimes came two seconds after the release and by then, was on to the next internal mind climb, something I’m curious about still (are there opportunities in between the opportunities that I don’t sense that Happy Hershel is aware of. Probably.)
The waves ebbed and flowed but gradually the baseline became more intense.
The first communication Happy Hershel gave me was to get “rid of the tape that I’m not being normal”. This was a surprise to me and I doubted its applicability. I must say that I feel very unique; many of my actions don’t conform to normal social standards. Nevertheless, after more introspection and discussion, the next 3 minutes of the session gave me insight into seeing that in many regards, I have trouble shooting for my own stars. I’m being impeded by the idea that my true desires are not socially acceptable.
There were a number of other climactic moments, one of them was a significant cleansing of past sins of youth from my conscious, which I was incredibly grateful for, having strived with psychology, chassidus, good deeds in relationships and prayer, for the past two decades to rid my conscious of the inclination towards repeat mistakes that I had made. I was ready, and Happy Herschel lifted me out of some of the shame. He also helped me solidify gains; with my work on the fly I was able to create a more internal resolve and remake that self image. Simultaneously, with my acceptance of his helping hand to climb out of the pit, which a part of me lay, I dove into a new space to rid myself of subconsciously tempting thought, going forward. What Happy Hershel thrice called mental dental floss.
Another climactic moment, early in the session, was when Happy Herself shared that he recognizes I have an awkwardness, shame and embarrassment around my physical being, attached to the memories of those same said mistakes. Happy Hershel was not afraid to enter that space with me and invited me to share and admit to quite uncomfortable elements of my self image. He then used the various interventions repeating things quickly which I was mostly uninitiated in, though I have a strong background in Hasidic thought and some awareness of Kabbalistic ideas.
One of the key phrases that Happy Herschel suggested applies to this awkwardness and showing his tremendous eclectic approach, used more cognitive restructuring, inviting me to replace the awkwardness with a thought of “intuitive (?) Integrated (?) Inherent (?) Innocent (?) Grace in my prime.”
The ending minutes were the most telling.
As Happy Herschel concluded the session, he asked me to stand up straight. As he waved his hands on opposite sides of my body, in small circular motions, like an air massage, gradually going from my head to my feet I felt an immediate release and I started to giggle in joy. Herschel stated this was very significant and rare. A touch upon essence.
I’m a huge fan and believer in Happy Hershel’s abilities. Simply put, Happy Herschel is for real. The esoteric is his playground and he wants to help people at large. Money is not the objective, as any mature gifted human being embodies, Hershel’s power lies in his care and commitment to serve his Creator. Herschel Lazaroff’s Notes
Three Massive Breakthroughs
Sam and Ella came to me for different reasons. She was a doctor and wanted to know what I do and he wanted to benefit from my services for his business and also to help improve their relationship.
We worked intensively over a period of days. At the end of the month, he reported the following to me, which he found quite astonishing. Over a typical year, out of the 15 million that his company grosses, he brings in 3 to 4 million. Within a month of our working together, he personally brought in another 2 million dollars in business.
Their house that been on the market on the market with no buyers for 2 years, suddenly sold for only $10,000 less than their asking price. This is significant because they were asking 6 or 7 hundred thousand for the house.
Ella’s medical practice was housed in their old house. She was able to find a new office only a mile or two of their house, which enabled her to keep her old patient base.
They also said that they were able to communicate better. All of this occurred within 30 days of our initial meeting. They attributed these events to having worked with me.
Handwriting Changes After Session
I recently worked on a doctor of internal medicine. He came to me for a session, saying he is a healthy skeptic but was sufficiently intrigued by what I do. At the end of the first session, I asked him how he felt and if he noticed any differences. He said he felt fine but didn’t experience anything appreciably noteworthy.
The next day he called me. He said, “I’ve got to tell you what happened. In terms of my feelings and what I notice about how I operate [no pun intended], I feel about the same. However, there was a dramatic change in my handwriting. I frequently do crossword puzzles, and, as you can imagine, I have the typical doctors handwriting – it looks like chicken scratches. Today, my handwriting looks like it is out of a typewriter.”
What does this mean? Many people subscribe to the efficacy or the diagnostic validity of graphology. There have been numerous studies indicating that if you change your handwriting, it also affects your personality (see the book Change Your Handwriting – Change Your Life, and others). Obviously, there was some kind of profound change in this doctor, as reflected in his handwriting.
The wrist of the story
I met Avi’s wife, who is a physician, while they were on Sabbatical in the United States from Israel. She came to me with an interest in various modes of alternative healing. I explained what it is that I do. She thought that perhaps she could learn some new techniques that she could take back with her to Israel. A few months after we met, she called me one day, mentioning that her daughter had developed tremendous wrist pain, and with almost no movement.
Her husband was doing research at Johns Hopkins, and she had gone to the best doctors there, but they were unable to reduce the pain and get her wrist back to a full range of movement. She asked me if I could help. I said to bring her over.
What she had required only 20 minutes of work. We parted and I said “call me with good news”.
About a month later, she called me and said that her daughter’s wrist had regained 95% of its movement and that the pain was gone. The physicians at Hopkins said that whatever was there is still there, but they had no explanation of how the daughter says that there is no pain and that she can now move her wrist.
I don’t remember how long it was after that, but at some point, the girl’s mother called me to tell me that her daughter’s wrist had totally healed.
This encounter later led her husband to do a research project with me at Hopkins, which is the topic of another post.
Change of Heart Saves This Man Time
A middle-aged man comes to me, who has an arrhythmia and who was under a doctor’s care. After one visit with me, he came back a week or two later, after seeing his doctor. They had expected that his condition would have deteriorated slightly, as is the course with these things. His physician told him that he had improved a little and certainly no worse than he was a few years ago.
This man is an engineer and works as a project manager in a large aeronautical company. Before making any new devices or craft, they first make a full scale mockup, which takes hundreds of hours. He said to me that after coming to me, that he started to see things so differently, that whatever I did for him in his session about the arrhythmia, it saved him at least 100 man hours.
Panic Attacks in New York
I get a call Friday while I am in a health food store in Baltimore. I pick up and a lady from New York says that she heard about me from a friend, and that she would like me to help her with her panic attacks. Though she is medicated with the most advanced drugs on the market to date, she said she still has panic attacks that lasted sometimes 3 hours, and she asks me to help.
She also wants me to work with her daughter. I say that I would call her on Sunday to set up a time for the following week, when I would be back in New York.
Now, what I am about to say is very important, because I do pretty much the same thing with everyone in terms of a general procedure for opening up blocks. This woman asks me for some homework, anything that she could do over Shabbos and on Sunday, until we would talk again and schedule her appointment. While she is still on the phone, I do what I do and look into her particular situation and open up some general blocks for her, and give her some homework to do.
Now, what is amazing to me is that when I called her on Sunday to set up a time for the appointment, she says, “what did you do to me?”. I ask her what she means. She says that on Shabbos (Saturday) morning, she started to have one of those long panic attacks, which typically last for a few hours. “I don’t know what you did, but it only lasted for 15 minutes, and afterwards I was fine, without any of the usual residual stuff. I felt absolutely fine afterwards.”
Really, all I did was a general “clearing” and give her homework that would take a couple of minutes. She had a couple of sessions with me, with improvement.
The Disappearing Artery Blockage
In 2005, “B.F.” (not his real initials), who I know, calls me to say that he is scheduled to have an angioplasty in two weeks for a partially blocked artery and asked me if there was something I could do for him. I worked with him that night, and then again two weeks later, the night before the angioplasty. After the second session he said to me that he felt a “release”.
I told him to call me the next morning and I would work with him over the phone to prep him for the procedure and then to call me back after the procedure was over. He called me from the hospital while he was waiting to go in, and we had the first session. Then I said, “in a few hours, after the procedure, when you are in the recovery room, call me and I will work on you some more.”
Within an hour, I get a call back. I say, “why so soon?”. B.F. told me that they did another angiogram before the scheduled angioplasty, and discovered that there was no blockage, so they sent me home.”
Trading Bad Knee for a New Life
Susie lives in New Jersey, and was referred to me by a colleague. She had a bone against bone condition in her knee (the cartilage had worn away) which surgery had not been able to help. (While she is mobile, since walking is painful, she finds it more convenient to use her wheelchair at work). I began to work with her over the phone. The day after her first session, she got out of her wheelchair. She was surprised that she was able to do this without pain. But she overdid it, and the pain came back.
She continued to improve as I worked with her over the phone for another 7 sessions. For the eigth session, we met face to face. I recommended that she also go to a local physician who had helped her in the past with certain injections. At the end of the eighth session, she said to me, “I came to you with a bad knee, and you gave me a new life.”
After her ninth session, she said that it was if her bone-on-bone condition had never existed. I spoke with her months later and she was still doing well.
Distant healing can be defined as any form of healing sent across time and space i.e. without the physical presence of the receptor and has a healing effect on the recipient. This can be done over the phone or at an agreed time between the sender and the recipient. This can also be done mentally.
Treating Infertility With Distant Healing
Distant healing, a form of energy healing has been in practice for ages in many societies. The advent of technological improvement in communication has helped us stay in touch with relatives and friends that may live thousands of miles away from us. With this modern freedom, we sometimes find ourselves in a situation where those persons are sick and undergoing pain and difficult periods in a hospital or at home and unfortunately we can’t be physically present to provide support we would like to. Considering non-physical transfer of energy in form of distant energy healing would be a great step in the healing process.
Let’s look at at this from the stand point of science. Energy can neither be created nor destroy but can however be transfer from one form to another. Since all form of matter is energy, same applies to healing. Healing energy can be transferred, however while transfer of electromagnetic energy and radiation dissipates according to the verse distance, distant healing is not diminished at all by the distance between the healer and the recipient as such healing takes place at the speed of thought and outside the constraint of time and space and has more to do with the healer’s consciousness in forms of healing intentions, images, wishes or prayers.
Unlike traditional or allopathic medicine that treats patient on mechanistic levels of the physical condition, distant healing is a natural hands on healing and self-development system that works holistically to treat on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Distant energy healing is a unique and powerful form of healing that works on illness, injury and diseases. There are many cases where this form of healing has been reported to help cure patients of diseases and health conditions like pain in the joint, sickle cell and fertility issues, also on a mental and emotional level to deal with stress, depression and tensions.
Infertility is a condition that not only physically affect the woman’s ovaries, but also has a negative effect on the mind, body and the spirit of the person involved, as a result making distant energy healing the perfect healing system to address this condition. The healer channels the energy around the “energy anatomy” of the recipient in this case the recipient’s reproductive system.
